1. All tickets and ticket money MUST be returned to the station you acquired them from on or before September 6, 2025. There will be a $30.00 returned check fee for any non-sufficient funds submitted.
  2. All tickets that are unsold on September 20, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. become the property of The Mountain Bash Committee.
  3. Prizes will be awarded to valid ticket holders only and can be claimed the day of the event.
  4. Ticket holders need not be present to win with the exception of the hourly prize bonus money as explained in Rule #15.
  5. Winners will have forty-five (45) days to claim their prize(s) or they will forfeit all rights to any winning number(s).
  6. Anyone not able to pass the Federal instant background check will receive One Hundred ($100) Dollars in lieu of a gun prize.
  7. UFTVFC or LVFD or any person, business, or organization participating in this drawing assumes NO LIABILITY for any claims of injury or other damages incurred from prizes on this ticket.
  8. Prizes can be claimed during the event courtesy of Shuman’s Gun Shop LTD. Brian McGee, Owner: (717) 776-6331.  If prizes are not claimed during the event, they can be picked up at Shuman’s Gun Shop LTD 407 Oak Flat Road, Newville PA 17241.
  9. Anyone behaving in a disorderly fashion or failing to obey any lawful order from a member of the UFTVFC or LVFD will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
  10. UFTVFC or LVFD is not responsible for any injuries, accidents or lost/stolen articles that occur during this event on the premises.
  11. No pets permitted on the ground on the day of the event, except for service animals.
  12. E-Z Ups/Canopies are encouraged; however, they must be secured to the ground and should not be set up prior to the doors opening on the day of the event. Provided seating is limited to picnic tables.
  13. Food to be provided to any ticket holder or paid guest throughout the duration of the event. No takeout food shall be offered the day of the event.
  14. Doors open at 10:00 a.m. Food served from 11:00 – 18:00.
  15. Must claim LAST PRIZE BONUS MONEY within five (5) minutes of the announced winning number on September 20, 2025.
  16. All prize winners awarded over $600.00 in cash or gift prize will be issued a W2G for their tax reporting.
  17. UFTVFC or LVFD will not be responsible for any printing errors.
  18. MUST BE 18 TO GAMBLE. All Federal and State Gun Laws apply.

Registration Rules & Details

  1. Valid identification and ticket will be required on the day of the event.
  2. Guests may attend, provided they pay a $10.00 entrance fee. (Children 12 and under are free).
  3. Please have ticket and Photo ID in hand when approaching the registration area.
  4. Arm band is required to gamble or consume alcohol.
